Broccoli and Chicken Alfredo
Ingredients:
- 6 ounces uncooked spaghetti
- 2 cups small broccoli florets
- 10 ounces light alfredo sauce
- 1 cup cooked skinless chicken breast, diced
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 teaspoons grated Parmesan cheese
Directions:
Cook pasta in boiling water for 9 minutes. Add broccoli and cook 1 minute longer. Drain.
Combine the alfredo sauce and chicken in a large saucepan, and cook for 2 minutes or until hot. Add the spaghetti mixture and black pepper, and cook until thoroughly heated. Sprinkle each plate with 1 teaspoon of cheese before serving.
