Guava and Pear Compote
Ingredients:
- 2 pieces Pears
- 2 pieces Guavas
- 1/2 cup Skim milk
- 1/4 cup Artificial sweetener (powder)
Directions:
Peel the fruits and cut them into cubes. Cook the fruit with ¼ cup of water. Drain and mash. Pour fruit mixture into a small pot. Add the milk and the sugar substitute. Combine the ingredients and cook until the liquid evaporates. Serve.
